Ashley McClure, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Architect

Ashley is a licensed architect and LEED accredited professional with a particular interest in the adaptive reuse of older buildings, both from a preservation and environmental perspective. He joined Square Feet Studio in August 2011 after moving to Atlanta from Boston. While in Boston, Ashley worked for Sasaki Associates, focusing on higher educational work across the country. During his time in Boston, he led tours of architecturally important works throughout New England and also served as a visiting juror at Northeastern University and a thesis advisor at the Boston Architectural College.

Prior to moving to New England, Ashley worked for Dungan Nequette Architects and Erdreich Architecture in Birmingham, Alabama designing single and multi-family residences as well as commercial adaptive reuse projects. He attended Auburn University where he earned degrees in Architecture and Interior Architecture, participated in the acclaimed Rural Studio and received the 2003 thesis prize.
