This project for a progressive advertising agency called for a spacious, gymnasium-like environment that honored the qualities of its warehouse site. We embraced an industrious material palette that included sealed concrete floors, plywood walls and large windows. We included adjustable pine bleachers to create a communal area for meetings and presentations and a large conference room evolved into a custom steel and Plexiglas greenhouse within the open space.
