Sono Lofts

Located in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward, this multi-family residence was designed to maximize its half-acre site. We extruded the buildable footprint to a realistic height of four floors.  We then lightened up the building with large expanses of glass into the living rooms and large operable windows for the bedrooms and baths.  The exterior is simple, unadorned stucco, refined with some details at the balcony rails and entry stair.  This creates interest at the most visible and used portions of the building
